The November 18th Board Meeting

December 15, 2008
By

On November 18th the Cokato Dassel Rotary Club Board of Directors met for their monthly meeting. We discussed our never-ending quest to improve the membership process as well as ways to solicit the club’s opinion on our strengths and weaknesses. We reviewed the STRIVE program, which is going well with 14 students involved. Our Foundation giving is being reviewed – there are some blanks in the current RI report. We are still on track to meet in the Community Room of the High School for the month of January on a trial basis. The entire membership will be invited to vote on whether or not to make the move permanent. We are also in the process of creating the George E. Peterson scholarship, in memory of a long-time, dedicated charter member.

The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at noon.

The
Four-Way
Test

Of the things we think, say or do:

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
