I am a retired Orono HS teacher/coach and Chris works at Meeker Memorial Hospital. We served as voluteers in the Peace Corps (Jordan 2004-05) and will travel to Cornwall, England to complete training to become Shelterbox Strategic Response Team Members (SRTs). We are aware that many Rotary Clubs are actively involved in Shelterbox efforts. Is the Dassel/Cokato Rotary Club currently involved with Shelterbox or would the Club be interested in becoming involved? Would the Club be interested in our past and future volunteerism efforts? If we can get in the practice of using it that will really make for a better Rotary experience.
